Through the website you can check in advance the countries where Mobilificio Marchese is able to ship the products and the cost of the shipping. For our deliveries we rely on specialized couriers to ensure service quality and integrity of products. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the delivery of the product is at the street level. Carriage does not include the inside delivery at the floor, the assembly and the disposal of packaging.
Delivery is intended to be at street level and the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase must be reachable without any type of restriction. Otherwise (road not accessible to articulated vehicles, restricted traffic zones or subject to any other type of physical or administrative obstacle), any further and additional costs will be fully charged to the customer.
In any case it is responsibility of the customer to verify that the size of the purchased product is compatible with the space in which you want to place it and that it is possible to make the delivery in an easy manner to the courier. In case of delivery to the floor level customer have to check that the product can find easy access through the steps, the stairway and that the elevator and door sizes are suitable. Any additional cost to enable the placement is charged to the customer.

For the delivery of the goods is necessary the presence of customer or its representative at the address indicated in the order. In case of absence of the recipient during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice to the address indicated by the customer delivery. The products must be collected at the address and in the manner specified by the carrier.
If not collected within the period specified by the carrier, the products will be returned to Mobilificio Marchese.
In this case the customer will not be entitled to any refund. The carriage costs of returning products Mobilificio Marchese srl will be charged to the customer.
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer must check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document, and that the package is intact or altered. The delivery note with the date and signature of the customer is a document that certifies the successful delivery. Any damage to the parcel marginal and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified via reserve check written on the courier delivery note. By signing the delivery note of the courier, the Customer declares that the goods received is intact. Mobilificio Marchese srl cannot be held liable for non-delivery or damage to or defects in products delivered due to force majeure.
For orders placed from '1/8 to 31/8, the uptime should be considered starting from the first week of September.
During the month of August, the production will remain suspended because of the summer closure of companies.
