Ontario Flexform Sofa: the severity of a structure meets a pleasant contrast

The Ontario Sofa is a product created by Antonio Citterio for the Flexform outdoor line, that is an incredible combination of two different qualities: rigour and gentleness. Based on a structure made of thick iroko wood slats and sleek cast metal spacers with epoxy powder-coat finish, the sofa is completed by a padded seat and backrest cushions. These cushions are finished with characteristic bolster which is becoming the distinctive elements of the company. The designer completed the structure of this amazing sofa by adding a steel perimeter frame that lifts it off the pavement to protect the futon against mugginess.

The Ontario settee has waterproof covers that are useful to cover it and to keep the original conditions.

Moreover, the upholstery is in removable fabric, and it is available in three different versions: eco-friendly, fireproof and outdoor fabrics.
